WASHING PLANTS

These plants are designed to either simply wash or remove surface contamination, separation of grit and heavy contaminants, or to classify mixed materials with differing density by flotation. 

DRYERS 

A range of dryers to remove water through a number of processes such as Material recirculating, centrifugal dryers or static hot air recirculation.

FEEDERS

These feed material to the extruders or processes in an efficient and controlled way. Kween B are able to offer the following range of feeders.

MIXERS

Mixers are used to blend materials, fillers or colours before processing to ensure an even mix or to help generate heat to help production.
 
Mixers come in a wide variety of styles and Kween B are able to offer the following:
• High Speed with single or multi speed motors
• Jacketed or plain with the options of ribbon or circular after coolers
• Centre Screw conical blenders
• Revolving drum blenders
• 'U' trough ribbon blenders

STORAGE HOPPERS

For the storage of material prior to or after feeding into extruders, bagging or processes.

All sizes and types are manufactured to customers' requirements.

DIES

Kween B make a series of dies for customers individual and personalised requirements that include Blown film dies (fixed and rotating), Strand pelletising dies (flat and round), profile dies (e.g. window profiles) and Flexlip sheet dies.

AIR RINGS

Single and dual flow air rings for film blowing.

SCREW AND BARRELS
 
Made to customers requirements for refurbishment or improvement of existing extruders up to 6m in length.

FANS

A selection of impeller fans for cooling and conveying in the various stages of process.
