		EXTRUSION LINES This is where plastic is fed through an extruder to produce a range of products including plastic film, planks, pipes, profiles, and strapping tape, to name a few, from materials like LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP & PA (nylon). Using principles like Co extrusion (where a number of layers of plastic are used for strength or cosmetic purposes) and die rotation (where the die head rotates increasing quality and uniformity) Kween B manufactures and sells a whole range of extruders from small minilab series for research and development or specialist requirements, through to the largest of extruders for mass production in the most commercial of environments. Kween B offers over 100 different new options that can be custom built for individual requirements or geared up for multi machine requirements.
