Co-Extrusion Blown Film

Co-Extrusion blown film is used to produce two or multi layer co-extruded tubular film or sheeting that is used for either cosmetic or strength purposes. The process of co-extrusion can save money by processing recycled material in the middle or inside of virgin or compounded material.

HNT Series

3 in 1 plastic waste recycling plant

A unique solution to saving power and labour. The raw material is fed into an agglomerater which once processed passes the material to the extruder and then onto a pelletiser to produce high quality pellets at a fraction of the cost with the following processes:

The shredding drum reduces the bulk of film, fires, strips, chips, flakes and bottles into a densified mass, thus producing heat and blending the material at the same time.
The warm densified material is fed directly into the screw (saving up to 40% on power and labour over conventional methods) this also reduces wear on the barrel and screw.
The extruded material is then fed through a pelletiser and the finished pellets are conveyed to a storage tank (with the non uniform lumps separated)

Compact blown film line

These film lines are ideal for producing narrow film or where space is at a premium or a budget at its tightest. All the film line (extruder, take up tower and winder) are integrated and seated on a common base thus saving space and set up costs dramatically.

PP Series

Speciality blown film line for Polypropylene

The PP series of extruders are specially designed for processing Polypropylene. The film is cooled by water and air for a high gloss and transparency finish. An optional rotating die is available to further enhance the film quality.

TR Series

Plastic Waste Recycling/Compounding/Colouring lines

The TR series contains a wide range of extruders and pelletisers for recycling and compounding PE, PP, ABS, and PS. The long L/D ratio of the extruder provides better mixing and a higher output before it is then fed through an adjustable pelletiser before being cooled in a specially designed water swirl, and dried through a perforated vibrating table that separates the pellets from oversize lumps and clumps

YM Series

A compact blown film line with oscillating tower

These are very compact film lines, which are ideal for producing narrow film in HDPE, LLDPE, or LDPE. The oscillating tower ensures the manufacture of perfectly flat reels of film, because any imperfections or distortions from the die are evenly spread across the whole width of the film instead of being concentrated in one area. This allows the film to unwind perfectly flat which means converting into bags or printing on it is far easier.
